IRA Electricals Has been providing CPRI tested Power Control Centre Panels & supplying to reputed Domestic & International customers since Last 17 years.
The complete structure shall be rigid; a semi modular design, self-supporting & free from twists and bends. The panels will be totally dust and vermin proof. The enclosure will undergo pre-treatment covering decreasing, water rinsing & de-rusting/ phosphating. It will be synthetic enamel painted or powder coated as per requirements.
Bus Bars & Internal Wiring Uniform cross section of Aluminium / copper Bars (current density as per the relevant IS / IEC) supported by SMC /DMC bases will be employed throughout the length of the panel. Internal wiring be carried out with 11000 / 690 volt grade PVC insulated stranded FRLS wires. All joints will be solidly crimped using copper thimbles, copper Earthing Bus Bars will be running all along the board.
By default we offer ABB Air Circuit Breakers with Microprocessor based releases.
All the meters, CTs, Relays, Indicators, push buttons, Rotary switches, Connectors, MCBs, MCCBs used will as per the approved makes given by the customer.
